Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) container cottage cheese
  • 1 (20 oz.) large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 small box orange Jell-O (dry)

Instructions

  1. Place the cottage cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Drain the crushed pineapple and add it to the cottage cheese; mix well.
  3. Add the dry orange Jell-O to the mixture; mix well.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip until evenly combined.
  5. May be eaten immediately or refrigerated before serving.
