Ingredients

  • 1 large jar kosher whole dill pickles, drained
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Slice the pickles thinly and layer them in a wide mouth container.
  2. Sprinkle 1 to 2 cups of sugar over each layer of pickles.
  3. Continue layering pickles and sugar until all are used.
  4. Cover the container and refrigerate for 48 hours.
  5. If the pickles are not sweet enough after 48 hours, add more sugar as desired.
