Radish, Chives Canapes

Ingredients

  • 1 c. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. softened butter
  • 1/2 c. radishes
  • 1/2 c. chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • thinly sliced rye or wheat bread

Instructions

  1. Bring cheese to room temperature.
  2. Combine butter and cream with fork.
  3. Add chopped radishes, chives or scallions and salt; mix.
  4. Spread 1/4-inch of mixture on bread.
  5. Makes 2 dozen small sandwiches.
