Instructions
- Cut together first 3 ingredients with a pastry blender.
- Mix, in a one-cup measure, egg with vinegar.
- Fill the cup with milk. Mix together.
- Put mixture in refrigerator a few minutes before rolling.
- Sprinkle Carnation milk on crust, if desired.
