Raisin Bread - Bread Machine

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups white bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 teaspoons fast rise yeast or 3 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients into bread pan in the order suggested by your bread machine manufacturer. I put the raisins in after the beep or after the first knead to avoid the bread machine going all HULK SMASH! on them, but it is up to you.
  2. Oh yeah, bake on white.
