Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. seedless raisins
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Cook raisins for a few minutes on low light until soft, but not mushy.
  2. Line cookie sheet with pastry.
  3. Spread mixture on, then sprinkle with mint.
  4. Bake at 400° until brown.
  5. Cut into squares.
