- Break eggs in a thick pan; beat eggs and sugars.
- Add lemon juice.
- Cook until thick.
- Mix nuts and raisins; then stir in mayonnaise.
- Pour mixture over.
- Keep in refrigerator.
- Spread over crackers, bread, etc.
- Good for a quick snack.
