Raisin Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 box raisins
  • dash of salt
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. nuts

Instructions

  1. Break eggs in a thick pan; beat eggs and sugars.
  2. Add lemon juice.
  3. Cook until thick.
  4. Mix nuts and raisins; then stir in mayonnaise.
  5. Pour mixture over.
  6. Keep in refrigerator.
  7. Spread over crackers, bread, etc.
  8. Good for a quick snack.
