Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli, cut in small pieces
  • 1 cauliflower, cut in small pieces
  • 2 c. chopped raw ramps
  • 2 large carrots, shredded
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Serve with your favorite dressing.
