Ingredients

  • 2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 package ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Place the quartered potatoes in a large resealable bag and add vegetable oil; seal the bag and toss to coat.
  2. Add the ranch seasoning mix to the bag and toss again until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the coated potatoes in an ungreased baking pan in a single layer.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F (232°C) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until potatoes are brown and crisp.
