Ingredients

  • 8 large potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 cup sweet relish
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package Ranch salad dressing
  • 1 package Italian salad dressing
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 eggs

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, peel and dice.
  2. Add diced onion, celery, and sweet relish to the potatoes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, ranch salad dressing, Italian salad dressing, and milk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the dressing mixture over the potato mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Add the diced hard-boiled eggs to the salad.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
