Ingredients

  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. green peppers, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 pkg. tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cook and debone chicken.
  2. Keep broth.
  3. Saute onions and green peppers in butter.
  4. Add cut up chicken to onions and peppers.
