Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp oleo
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c milk
  • 1/2 c chopped cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo over low heat.
  2. Add flour and salt; cook for a minute.
  3. Remove the pan from heat.
  4. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
  5. Return to heat and cook until slightly thickened.
  6. Add cheese and cook over low heat until thick.
  7. Serve over toast.
