Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup uncooked spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chuck, chopped onion, egg, uncooked broken spaghetti, salt, black pepper, and oregano together until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 50 minutes until cooked through.
