Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 oz. raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 1/2 c. applesauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry Jell-O in hot water and stir well.
  2. Add lemon juice and applesauce to the dissolved Jell-O and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture into a flat pan and refrigerate until set.
  4. Serve on a bed of lettuce with a nice wedge of Jell-O.
