A hearty, comforting dish combining savory sauerkraut, creamy mushroom soup, and tender noodles, perfect for a quick, satisfying meal with tangy and rich flavors. Suitable for casual dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spiral noodles
  • 1 large can sauerkraut
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 3/4 lb. margarine
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Put 1 1/2 sticks of margarine in a pan with the drained sauerkraut and sprinkle with pepper.
  2. Cook the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Add the two cans of mushroom soup and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the spiral noodles until soft.
  5. Drain the noodles and rinse in warm water.
  6. Add 1/4 stick of margarine to the warm noodles and stir until melted.
  7. Add the sauerkraut and mushroom soup mixture to the noodles and serve immediately.
