- Put 1 1/2 sticks of margarine in a pan with the drained sauerkraut and sprinkle with pepper.
- Cook the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add the two cans of mushroom soup and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the spiral noodles until soft.
- Drain the noodles and rinse in warm water.
- Add 1/4 stick of margarine to the warm noodles and stir until melted.
- Add the sauerkraut and mushroom soup mixture to the noodles and serve immediately.
