Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. cold cider or natural apple juice
  • 1/2 pt. raspberries

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Add cold cider or natural apple juice to the dissolved Jell-O.
  3. Stir in the fresh raspberries.
  4. Chill until the gelatin is firm, stirring during chilling if necessary to prevent raspberries from floating to the top.
