Ingredients

  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 1 quart raspberry sherbet
  • 1 quart (32 oz.) ginger ale
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. Ensure that the pineapple juice and ginger ale are chilled.
  2. Combine one-quarter of the pineapple juice, raspberry sherbet, and ginger ale in a blender and blend until light and frothy, about one minute.
  3. Pour the mixture into a large punch bowl.
  4. Repeat the blending process with the remaining ingredients and add to the punch bowl.
  5. Stir in the thawed, undrained frozen raspberries.
