Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 16 whole chicken wings

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine raspberry jam, cider vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard the wing tips.
  4. Place wings in a large bowl; add raspberry mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  6. Line a 10 x 15-inch baking pan with foil and grease the foil.
  7. Using a slotted spoon, remove wings from marinade and place in the prepared pan.
  8. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, turning once.
  9. Cook the reserved marinade for 10 minutes; brush over wings.
  10. Bake the wings for an additional 25 minutes.
