Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp raspberry gelatin
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 c chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites with salt until foamy.
  2. Gradually add raspberry gelatin and sugar while beating.
  3. Continue beating until stiff peaks form and sugar is dissolved.
  4. Mix in vinegar and fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop teaspoon-sized mounds onto brown paper-lined cookie sheets.
  6. Bake at 250°F (120°C) for 25 minutes.
  7. Turn off oven and leave cookies inside for an additional 20 minutes.
