Ingredients

  • 1 qt. raspberry sherbet
  • 2 (4/5 qt.) bottles Ros wine
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 large bottle champagne or sparkling Ros
  • sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine raspberry sherbet, chilled rosé wine, and frozen lemonade concentrate in a punch bowl.
  2. Stir until well blended.
  3. Pour in well chilled champagne or sparkling rosé.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with berries or mint if desired.
