Rich, luscious raspberry truffles feature bittersweet chocolate infused with raspberry jam and brandy, perfect for gifting or indulgent treats for chocolate and fruit lovers.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. bitter-sweet chocolate
  • 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1/3 c. seedless raspberry jam
  • 2 Tbsp. raspberry brandy
  • cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a 1-quart glass measure, combine the chocolate and butter.
  2. Heat in a microwave oven on High until melted and smooth when stirred.
  3. Stir in the raspberry jam and raspberry brandy until well blended.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
