Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Blend the yellow cake mix, vanilla instant pudding, water, eggs, and oil in a large mixer bowl.
  2. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the coconut and chopped nuts.
  4. Pour the batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until done.
  6. Let cool in pans for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from pans and cool completely.
  8. Fill and top with Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting.
