Ray's' Easy Spaghetti & Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 finely diced purple onion
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 jars of your choice of spaghetti ssuce
  • 1 large can diced Italian tomatoes
  • 1/2 can tomatoes paste
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Start by diceing your onion & add all ingredients together for meatballs.
  2. Make your meatballs to desired shape.
  3. Set in fridge till you start meat sauce
  4. Sauce: start by adding ground beef into pan and add minced garlic cook till almost done.
  5. Now add in all other ingredients cook on low heat for 25 minutes.
  6. Taste for seasonings.. Add in meatballs to sauce cook for another 30 minutes on medium low heat till meatballs are done.
  7. Now cook noodles as direct.
  8. Garnish plate with parsley flakes..enjoy!
