Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 5 to 6 stalks celery
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 3/4 c. rice

Instructions

  1. Cook celery and onions in butter until clear.
  2. Add mushrooms. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 cups of hot water.
  3. Mix all ingredients in electric skillet.
  4. Simmer about 45 minutes on low heat.
