- Mix with electric beater in a large bowl the cheeses, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, onion, Accent and salts until thoroughly blended.
- Shape into ball; wrap in foil.
- Refrigerate overnight. Shape ball with hands, then roll in dried beef.
- Serve with crackers or party rye.
