Ingredients

  • 2 qt. rhubarb juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • dash of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Bring the rhubarb juice to a boil.
  2. Add the tapioca, salt, and cornstarch, stirring until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and add the strawberry jello and vanilla, stirring well until dissolved.
