Red Radish Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • the juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 red radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 red delicious apples, cored, quarter, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • salt an pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, lemon juice, and sour cream in a medium bowl. Add radishes, apple, and cucumber, toss to coat completely.
  2. Add in salt, pepper, and dill.
  3. Toss.
  4. Chill and serve.
