Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) package raspberry jello
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Mix the raspberry jello with 1 cup boiling water until dissolved.
  2. Add the frozen raspberries, applesauce, and juice from the raspberries to the jello mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a dish and let it set in the refrigerator until firm.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream and marshmallows together.
  5. Spread the sour cream and marshmallow mixture on top of the set jello before serving.
