Instructions
- Marinate snapper in a combination of salt, pepper, lemon juices and Worcestershire sauce in a baking dish.
- Remove fish and dip in flour to coat.
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Brown snapper slowly on both sides.
- Transfer fish to a two-quart baking dish and bake at 375° for 8 minutes.
- (Total cooking time for skillet and oven is 15 minutes.)
