Red Snapper With Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 2 whole Red Snappers
- 1/2 tablespoons Salt ⓘ
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil ⓘ
- 3 big red Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 big yellow Onion, chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 head Garlic, crushed ⓘ
- 3 tablespoons Fish Sauce (found in Asian Food Market) ⓘ
- 1 bunch Scallions, finely cut ⓘ
- Dash Ground Black Pepper ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon Boullion Seasoning, chicken flavored ⓘ
Instructions
- 1. Sprinkle and rub salt all over the fish.
- 2. Heat the oil in medium flame, in a large frying pan until hot but not smoking and fry the fish on each side for about 10 minutes until brown, crispy and cooked. Set aside in a serving platter.
- 3. Saute the garlic, onions, tomatoes and fish sauce until the tomatoes and onions are very soft and becomes saucy.
- 4. Add the pepper, boullion and scallions. Stir for 1 minute and pour the mixture on top of the fish and serve immediately.
