Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) creamed cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 medium orange, peeled, sectioned, and chopped
  • 1 medium banana, sliced

  • 1 medium banana, coarsely chopped
  • 1 medium apple, thinly sliced

Instructions
