Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Split the ripe avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. Chop the avocado and hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
  3. Brown the chopped onion until tender.
  4. Mix the chopped avocado, eggs, and browned onion together in a bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve on crackers or as a dip.
