Ingredients

  • 6 or 8 potatoes
  • nacho cheese
  • bacon bits
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes with skins on.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick pieces.
  4. Deep fry potato slices until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towel.
  6. Place on a plate and cover with nacho cheese.
  7. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
