Ingredients

  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Cook peeled potatoes until tender, then add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, and butter; beat until fluffy. Cool, cover, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
  2. Place the desired amount of whipped potatoes in a casserole dish, dot with butter, and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
