Refrigerator Bread Pudding

Instructions
- Combine water, sugar, bread, milk, salt, gelatin and vanilla in blender.
- Pour mixture into saucepan and simmer slowly until smooth.
- Cool.
- Return mixture to blender.
- Add buttermilk and cinnamon; blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Serves 1.
