Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pound cottage cheese
  • 1/2 pound cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 pound margarine
  • 1 pint milk
  • 1 bag egg noodles
  • 1 pint sour cream

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and sugar well; add cottage cheese, cream cheese, and margarine.
  2. Beat in sour cream, add vanilla, and then add noodles.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
  4. Pour on milk and mix slightly.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 1 hour.
