Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. tofu, cubed
  • 2 c. onion
  • 1 c. peppers (red and green)
  • 8 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 c. brown Basmati rice
  • raw broccoli, mushrooms, etc.
  • 6 chicken cutlets or pork chops
  • 2 c. onion

Instructions

  1. Saute tofu or brown meat.
  2. Saute onion, peppers and garlic; add to tofu.
  3. Drain meat and add to vegetables.
