Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh cranberries
  • 1 c. applesauce
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberries, applesauce, sugar, water, and cinnamon in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low.
  3. Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and mixture thickens.
  4. Let cool before serving.
