- Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
- Stir in cooked, chopped chicken, 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, and pepper.
- Roll out the biscuits to 1/4 to 1/8-inch thickness.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of the mixture on each rolled-out biscuit.
- Roll up the biscuits and seal the edges by pressing the dough together.
- Place the rolled biscuits in a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 450°F (232°C) for 10 to 12 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan, combine the cream of chicken soup and milk.
- Heat the soup mixture thoroughly and pour over the baked rolls.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
