Ingredients

  • 4 cups cut-up rhubarb
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages strawberry jello

Instructions

  1. Put the cut-up rhubarb, water, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add the strawberry jello packets.
  4. Stir until the jello is dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  6. Refrigerate overnight until set.
