Ingredients

  • 1-inch rhubarb pieces
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 drops food color
  • 1 (3 oz.) package strawberry jello
  • 1 small package frozen strawberries

Instructions

  1. Place rhubarb pieces, water, sugar, and food color in a pan. Cook slowly until soft.
  2. Add strawberry jello and frozen strawberries to the pan.
  3. Cook slowly until strawberries thaw and the mixture is well combined.
