Ingredients

  • 2 pears, peeled and sliced
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1 (22 oz.) can lemon pudding
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer the sliced pears, apples, cranberries, dried apricots, and golden raisins in a casserole dish.
  3. Mix the lemon pudding, water, orange liqueur, and cinnamon together and pour over the layered fruits.
  4. Cover the dish and bake for 1 hour until the fruits are tender.
  5. Allow to stand covered for 45 minutes before serving.
