Ingredients

  • 2 c. rhubarb, cut fine
  • 1 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet cream
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook until thick over low heat.
  2. Bake crust, then pour in filling.
  3. Cover meringue, using 3 egg whites.
  4. Bake until brown.
