Ingredients

  • graham crackers
  • 1 box red Jell-O (strawberry or cherry)
  • 1 box green Jell-O (lime)

Instructions

  1. Put 1/2 cup applesauce in 2 separate bowls.
  2. Mix red Jell-O in one bowl and green Jell-O in the other.
  3. Layer graham crackers in a dish (should be 4 crackers).
  4. Spread the red Jell-O on top of the crackers, then add another layer of crackers, followed by the green Jell-O, and repeat until all Jell-O and crackers are used.
  5. Optional: Spread Cool Whip on top.
  6. Chill the dish until set and cooled.
  7. Cut into thin slices to serve.
  8. Enjoy as a festive holiday dessert!
