Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. crushed pecans
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant lemon pie filling
  • 3 c. milk
  • yellow or red food coloring

Instructions

  1. First Layer:
  2. Mix flour, crushed pecans, sugar and butter. Put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake 10 minutes at 375°.
