Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 carrots

Instructions

  1. Blend all this together, drain off all juice.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix together with 3 blocks of cream cheese and 1 or 2 tbsp. mayonnaise.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Stack on 3 pieces of bread; trim off edge and cut with electric knife like finger sandwiches.
