Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 envelopes Lipton chicken noodle soup
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the rice and Lipton chicken noodle soup envelopes to the pan.
  3. Stir until the mixture turns golden brown.
  4. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
  5. Cover the pan and simmer until the rice is tender, checking periodically and adding more water if necessary.
