Ingredients

  • 2 c. Riceland rice
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes
  • 4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add rice.
  3. Braise well until butter starts to bubble.
  4. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 4 cups water.
  5. Mix together with rice in a 2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cover and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
