Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines marble cake mix with pudding
  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Make cake mix according to the package directions.
  2. Pour the batter into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  3. Add ricotta cheese, eggs, vanilla, and sugar to the prepared cake mix and mix well.
  4. Swirl the ricotta mixture into the cake batter to create a marbled effect.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
