Instructions
- Cut meat into small pieces.
- Dredge with flour, salt and pepper.
- Brown in melted fat.
- Cut large onion and brown with meat. Place meat and onions in kettle and simmer 2 to 3 hours.
- Half hour before serving meat and vegetables, cook rigatoni and serve in a platter around the stew.
